our dog was recently bitten by a raccoon and we had blood on the livingroom carpet that I couldn't get out we also have a long dirt road leading to our home so our carpets get dirty.I called and scheduled an appt for the following day.He showed up on time we walked through the house together while he asked me what concerns I had and where he should concentrate on.I liked the low key approach and they got all the blood out and made the stairs look great and I didn't think that was possible.We were very impressed with what they did.
