Called to request a quote. He said he'd call later to arrange an appointment. Never called back. I called again, and was told he'd "lost" my contact info due to "computer problems". Scheduled an appointment for 6:00 on a Friday afternoon (his choice). No show. Called him at 7:00 pm and was told he had "car problems". Never bothered to call (his phone worked apparently). Totally unprofessional. Immediately dropped him from my bidder's list. Recommend you do the same.
