I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 4 TON A/C FROM AMTEK AIR AT FIRST WAS A LITTLE LEARY CAUSE THEY BEAT ALL OTHER ESTIMATES . I CHECKED WITH NEIGHBORS AND THEY HAD A GOOD RECORD.THEY WERE ON TIME DID EXCELLENT WORK AND EXPLAINED STEP BY STEP WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE WARRANTY IS EXCELLENT 5/IO/10 . WHEN INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED A QUALITY CONTROL PERSON CAME TOOK PICTURES SPENT OVER AN HOUR WITH ME SETTING UP THE WIFI NEST THERMOSTAT GIVING ME DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOADING A APP TO CONTROL THE UNIT FROM THE INTERNET . I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO UPDATE CIRCUT BREAKERS FOR THE UNIT AND TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS COVERED UNDER MY CONTRACT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE THEY ARE NOW HAVING THE JOB INSPECTED THROUGH THE CITY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
AMTEK AND WILL USE NO OTHER COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!.....very rude and disrespectful management team.....installers dropped the unit on our tile-concrete pool deck....huge hole....said they would fix damage....3 weeks later-NOTHING, not even a call back....tried to cover the damage with their own box of tools and supplies the left at our home!!....went directly to the office....got blown off.....calling SUB-ZERO now to check the unit and advise.....YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Absolutely terrible they tried to sell me $5000 unit when all it needed was a fan motor n compasiter then charged me for the compasiter n left it in the box in the unit n told me it didn't work that I would need to replace the whole unit got a second opinion n was up n running in 15minutes will never use them again!

Highly Recommended!! Through the years, Amtek Air Conditioning has proven themselves to be true experts in air conditioning repair and maintenance. They also offer a variety of financing options to meet your HVAC needs. Originally, I called them to have them install a portable air conditioning unit. The installation was done by the books, and the technician also answered every question I had about the install. I’m really glad I called them, as I’ve continued to use them now for a long time, and they’ve always impressed me.

We live in an apartment, and as anyone knows in Florida, a working air conditioning unit is needed throughout the entire year. You just can’t do without AC in the Sunshine State. We always call on Amtek for general maintenance for our system twice a year and are totally pleased with their service. Thank you Amtek Air for making our lives so much more comfortable.

I called Amtek Air after my air conditioning unit stopped working a couple of days ago. The person who spoke with me on the phone was professional and efficient. On the day of the appointment, the technician was on time and fixed the problem within an hour, which really demonstrated his professionalism and knowledge. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Amtek Air and will call them again for future services.

From the first phone call to the post install follow-up visit, these guys are great! Everything went smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves during the installation. They were very careful in my home, and moreover, around my children. The heating and cooling system works flawlessly, and I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to do AC repair.

How do you say something when there aren't enough words to describe the OUTSTANDING, WONDERFUL, EXCEPTIONAL service I receive every time Jonathan comes to service my air conditioning unit. Kind,considerate, understanding and most of all a true gentlemen (he was raised well).



As for Amtek I could have gone with any run of the mill company or others but they provided me with once again outstanding service before I moved into my condo unit last year. Here it is almost a year getting a maintenance check and once again can't even begin to tell you HOW WONDERFUL JONATHAN is!

I had Amtek come and service my air conditioner. I am very satisfied with the company getting someone out right away. The technician was very nice and gave us our options on getting it working again. He got us up and running again with no problems. I would definitely recommend them!

Recently had Amtek install a new unit in our home, since then, electric bill is 20% higher than with the 15 year old unit, and there's a loud metal on metal screeching sound when compressor shuts off.... have requested service 5 times in the past 3 weeks.... nothing. Will not recommend.
