as well as the last review, i need a repair. Me and my husband has called many, many times and have not gotten a call back....at all! Chris is so unprofessional.. i will never recomment him to anyone...not even an enemy!

The owner Chris has 0 respect for your time. From not returning phone calls to not calling or showing on a scheduled appointment, I would recommend that if you value your time or your stress level do not use this business. Also ensure you read the reviews on the BBB website first. It gives them an "A" rating but read the reviews

CALLED TO HAVE MY BLIND REPAIRED AND THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT EVEN GET THROUGH THE SECURITY GATE WITHOUT HAVING A ARGUMENT WITH ME ON THE PHONE.HE SAID HE WAS WAITING 20 MINUTES AT THE GATE TO GET THROUGH AND IT WAS LESS 2 MINUTES AND HE LEFT.TRIED TO CALL AND LEFT 5 MESSAGES,NO ANSWER.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD,EVER.
