TGI Fridays

I love the Jack Daniels sauce at Fridays and that is why even though the service has been crappy every time I go, my family still returns once in a while...but the last time we went had to be one of the worst service experiences yet. We know going to Fridays means waiting forever for food and service. But the last time we went, it was late in the day and we had our kids and it was definitely past their dinner time. We sat down, placed our order, received our drinks and appetizers...and then nothing.,.an hour after we had been their and our appetizers were gone, the waitress came over and said sorry your food is taking so long. I forgot to put in your order, but i put it in now...really? We had already been there an hour and our order was just put in?! My kids were falling asleep in their chairs. When we finally got our food, they were too tired to eat. We ate, their food was wasted, and the restaurant didn't even offer to give us a break on the bill. How do you stay in business with service like this? 2 hours before we got our dinner...I think we should just find another way to get Jack Daniels sauce at this point because this is totally unacceptable. And it is not the first time we had to wait forever for our food or else I'd be more forgiving...It is always a problem
