I went there with my 93 year old Father who needed to replace his walker with a seat. I walked in and they had several set up. Gwen, the Sales Lady along with her trainee, Chloe came to help us. Gwen and Chloe were very informative of the different walkers. My Father tried walking and sitting on 5 or more of them. He wanted one 18" from the ground to the seat...We tried one at 18" and then we actually liked and purchased a Zoom 4 wheel Walker 20" in the color green. My Father is very happy with his purchase. He is able to move around in his apartment, get into his kitchen, get into the handicap bathroom.. Gwen and Chloe spent approximately 30 minutes with us, they answered all our questions, let my Father try out a couple of models they had to get out of inventory in the back. All in all a great experience. Gwen and Chloe are SUPER!!!
