Hello, this is Eric, lead technician and Executive Manager of The Computer Spa. I am responding to the review that is immediately after my statements. This review actually came to my attention by way of one of my customers whom I will call "P". I had just finished a big repair job on "P's" computer and he came into the store looking VERY angry and I was thinking the worst...until he pulled out a print out of this person's review. "P" has been a long time customer of The Computer Spa and is a Civil Lawyer by practice. We have provided "P" and his family with great service for many years and he wanted to offer his services (for free) to see legal recourse against the person that left this review. I think there is a shift going on that small business are starting to fight back against what they see as over the edge reviews, reviews where people make false statements that ultimately have the ability to harm the business or just plain old libel. So in "P's" personal opinion did this reviewer open up the possibility for a potential libel suit because of their review: yes. Is that my intended course of action....no. HOWEVER....There are several points in the review that I think are false and misleading and probably tell more about the "customer" than our business practices. This is going to be a long one so bear with me!

I took my computer in to have it analyzed and the prices quoted were high and I told them not to repair it. I picked up the computer and my start-up disc was missing. They called me to tell me that they threw it away. They were going to order me another one and that was over 2 months ago and two letters and I have not heard from them. I ended up getting a friend to fix the computer for $50 (their quote $230). I would not go back here again.
