General Info

Penda Corporation has been manufacturing and selling pickup truck bedliners since 1983. The company's modern era began in 1994, when it split from a parent company of the same name. Since then, it has expanded and diversified. In 1995, the company acquired Tri-Glas, which added fiberglass-manufacturing capabilities to complement its plastics and thermoforming fabrication. In 2003, Penda Premier Solutions was established to bring custom thermoformed and fiberglass solutions to manufacturers in and out of the automotive market. Penda Corporation has three business units. Penda Truck Accessories manufactures pickup truck bedliners, and is an innovator in fiberglass truck products, including tonneau covers. Penda Premier Solutions provides custom plastic and fiberglass solutions, and Penda Water Management offers water drainage solutions. Penda Corporation has headquarters in Portage, Wis., and a plant in Daleville, Ala.
