        Lent Elementary School provides educational programs to approximately 400 students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The school offers classes in English, math, science, music, art, dance, physical education and library skills. It provides dual language immersion programs in Spanish and English to students in kindergarten through grade two. Lent Elementary School s before- and after-school programs include several activities, such as choir, dance, drama, volleyball, basketball, cycling, and arts and crafts. The school has partnerships with the Community Cycling Center, Bicycle Transportation Alliance, New Hope Community Church and Portland State University. It operates a school advisory committee and parent-teacher-student association. Located in Portland, Ore., Lent Elementary School is a part of Portland Public Schools.
