        Marcus was great, I called for an estimate on a repair for a phone (the horse stepped on it-don't ask). He got me an accurate, reasonable quote, got the phone back to us a little over a day later for the exact amount of the quote. I will definitely send any of my friends who need anything to their store - Lori F

        Ryan was amazing! He saves me $100 by letting me know I did not need to get a phone flashed without me even spending a dime at their store :) . If you need any help with the phone or would like to buy a good used phone go to this place they know their stuff and will make sure you get exactly what you need

        Dustin has such positive energy! Also, isn't bad on the eyes either!! I hope Phone Xchange is around for a long time. He was great!! Knew what I wanted, sold me a used cell phone at a fair price and even activated it for me.
