I had a truck delivering in the Portland area and he had broken a leaf spring just prior to delivery. We were on a tight schedule and truck had to reload in Yakima WA soon thereafter delivery. I explained my situation to Ken and they worked us right in after my driver was unloaded and began work immediately. We don't have to use outside repair vendors often but when we do its out of our home state and they usually see that the truck is from out of town and stick it to us the best they can. NOT these folks! The cost of the parts was very competitive and the labor was even more consumer friendly. I highly recommend this business and want to say thank you to its ownership and staff for their professionalism!
