Video Only

I'v been waiting for almost a month, to get my refund and I'm still waiting. this is the story, I paid $1200 for plasma tv, and i was told that the tv is not in here yet, but i can pick it up next week, No luck, after 2 weeks of waitng I talked to the manager to get my money back wich I paid on cash, here I'm waiting and waiting for my money from video only, well i would not recommend any body.If video only wanna do good business, they to follow costco, nortsrom, home depot, etc....
