Terrible service, terrible customer service. I cancelled service with them a year ago. Now out of the blue, they are trying to bill me for over $400 and said their turning it over to collections! I had heard that they were scandalous but never thought they would try to pull something like this. So glad I cancelled them a long time ago. Will be filing with the BBB now.

IMD has always been prompt, reasonable, and courteous about matters like picking up extra trash. One need only call the day before during office hours. (BTW, I wonder why Mariah H. did not remove her review when she realized, as she must have eventually, that her trash had suffered a bear attack and not an attack by a bizarrely malicious trash disposal company. Also notice that her review implies that ex-marines have a higher status than trash disposal people. Need I say more?)

Watch them through our trash everywhere in our yard. Me and my husband are both Marine vets that moved here a year ago. It's sad to see this is how a family owned business is operated. So I don't think it is asking to much for a simple task, you people are getting payed for a Marine to pick up trash that you guys ripped open and tossed everywhere. Thank god we have a camera outside...
