Our 20 year old wood stove needed replacing and after shopping several different stores, we found Quality stoves that provided us with expert replacement recommendations. The service was outstanding. They came out to the house to make sure the selected wood stove would work. The installers cleaned the chimney first and made sure no soot came into the house or on the floors. They were also very detailed in the little things too. They noticed the caulking around the chimney needed repair (or was non existent) Sheesh! The wood stove vent pipe was spray painted black for aesthetics. An extremely knowledgeable, helpful experience from start to finish. We have a Lopi Endeavor wood stove that is keeping us toasty warm this winter.
