He start a job but does not finish it. He has your money and runs. I have talk to other people he he did jobs for and did the same thing. I will report him to the BBB and take him to small claim court if I county money back.

Mike installed new windows in my home. Because I am on a budget, he worked with me to install a few at a time at an affordable price. The windows are very nice and of good quality. He caulked and trimmed out the windows very nicely and they look so much better than the builder's grade windows that came with the house. In addition, they are very energy efficient and I have seen a savings in my energy bill.



Mike also installed ceramic tile on my kitchen floor. The tile he recommended is beautiful and it looks great! This has definitely added to the value of my home. In addition, he installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and made an oak breakfast bar to cover an existing half wall. It has changed the whole look of the room for the better. I have received many compliments from neighbors and friends.

Kelly Contracting is very reasonable priced, show up on time and get the job done on time. Kitchen and bathroom look like better homes and gardens.
