Very, very, very poor service, never returns phone calls, never follows up or follows through, but is happy to cash your check... Thought if I paid him a little extra I might get better service - I guess that's like feeding swine more food and expecting something better to come out the back end.



Mr. Manning is one of the worst 'professionals' I've come across in recent memory - hands down.
