The doctor is great. However his wife is the assistant at the front desk. She really needs to hire someone to do the billing. It took me two months to get my bill. Which was not correct and was resent. Then it took even longer to bill my insurance so I ended up paying $500 more than I should have. The insurance company said the bills were filed late and did not have enough information. This is the first time In 10 years I have ever had an issue with my insurance not paying their entire part.. She had all the notes to resend however she did not do it. She said she did not get around to it. This caused unnecessary payment on my part and $500 is a lot of money.
