        Overall

        We used Floyd to install firebrick into our preexisting fireplace surround. Not only did it turn out to be a complete disaster aesthetically, it was potentially dangerous. Now, he is refusing to issue a refund or return phone calls. DO NOT USE QUALITY MASONRY. They will rip you off!
