Mr. Earnest J. is an amazing professional. He knows and does his job well. In June I decided to change phone companies...so I saw the Cobbs- Ford Cricket store. Mr. Earnest ptomptly and courteously greeted and explained Cricket's service plans to me. Today I came to get a feature to work on my phone, and Mr. Earnest had many customers coming in, but was still couteous and verbally greeted each oI of us. As I was waiting for my turn, I observed how he patiently, and expertly took care of each customers' needs. He did the same for me. I am happy I changed phone companies and came to Cricket. I gave the company 4 stars for promptness because other passionate workers should be hired to help assist with serving the customers. Mr. Earnest should get a raise and a promotion. Cricket you are blessed to have Mr. Earnest promoting your company.
