        Overall

        I have been with this credit union for 5 years, every year has gotten worse with them. Customer service is terrible, the tellers and employees are rude and seem out of the loop on knowledge. The New Martinsville branch has been the worst so far. Will be switching banks within the next few months due to the way this place is run.
