        We were just starting out as a family a few years ago, and needed air conditioning in our home. We spoke with several people and got prices ranging from $5,000-$7,000...Sears was the worst.

        We took a chance with this small business and......WHAT A JOY when we not only were quoted very low, but were told we needed something smaller than what the big guys wanted to sell us...we didn't even need their big units!!! We got a great A/C & heat pump for HALF of Sears' price! NO ONE else, ever. My parents got them to install a new heat pump as well: same great price & service.
