Extremely bad experiences. The owner was very rude at time of reservation. The bar manager was catty and visibly insecure around attractive women as she, gave snotty, passive agressive snars and slammed bar utensils on the counter in front of pretty patrons having drinks. Our waitress spilled my drink all over my plate, when we sat down for dinner. They were "all out" of a signature seafood item, so I couldn't order the dish or appetizer I specifically went there to enjoy. One of the promoter's kept "hitting" on me, even when I was clear, that I was happily married. An outdoor concert was poorly executed and over booked. This is a business full of "hot heads" that put their egos before customer satisfaction. Best to make plans elsewhere!!!!

When you're driving there you're suprised by the neighborhood and that there is a Walmart and Wendy's next door. The food is not that great and neither is the service. I tend to like my waitress or waiter to remember a simple drink order. They obviously hire on looks and not brains in this place. Also the drinks seemed weak for the price you pay. It's not in the heart of the city even though Providence is small there are some much better places to go to where you can leave and walk to another place not here I wouldn't be caught walking in this neighborhood you might get robbed or shot. The only thing nice I can say about this place is the inside is beautiful. I guess that's the only thing this owner is going for is looks with the design and the staff. It used to be a bad nightclub years ago and now it's a bad restaurant and lounge. Save the trip and try somewhere else.
