Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Ryan 3158 was very professional and was able to solve our plumbing problem with his expertise. He was patient and courteous and knew his job well. Also, the company promised to have a service person within 2.5 hours and they kept their promise. I will definitely use them again.

Matt 3191 and Bryce 5805 were very professional and thorough. Inspected sewer line with camera and discovered roots. They then used high pressure jet to clear the line. They showed me with the camera the final results and the line was very clean. They have the best technology to take care of situations like this. I highly recommend their services.

We experienced a backup of the sewer line due to roots infiltrating the line. I called Roto Rooter and within an hour Bryce Weaver came to our residence. He carefully cleaned the line and then examined it with a camera and found a problem with the pipe. We asked him to fix it and he showed up promptly the next day with James Tavares. Both were extremely professional, courteous and neat. Part of the sewer line had to be replaced and both of these gentlemen did a superb job. We will have no one except Roto Rooter for our plumbing problems. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to Roto Rooter.

My service technician, Chris Eldridge, was a God send. He patiently explained what my problem was & how to resolve it. He was extremely kind, polite, and professional. He got a flow in my pipe before he left, after much hard work trying to clear some roots out of the pipe. Very conscientious! Because of his representation of Roto-Rooter, I hired them on the spot to excavate & replace my broken pipes. I am positive they will do an excellent job & would recommend them without thinking twice. 5 star excellent service & knowledgeable service technicians.
