White Willow Reception Center

White Willow did my Luncheon and Reception. I couldn't have asked for more! It was a great day. Becky was helpful, creative, accommodating and made everything beautiful. Everything was just as I wanted it to be. My wedding day was easy and stress free. I highly recommend them.

So I just had my wedding ceremony there less than a week ago and yeah, the place I thought was super cute. From day one of my fiancé meeting up with the staff one person would say one thing and Becky came up to say the complete opposite. We still, booked it for two hours since we only needed a place for our intimate ceremony. Later on Becky told me she did flowers so I asked for an estimate and she have me a price that would be within my budget. A few days before the wedding I called in to see if I could get an extra bouquet for an extra bridesmaid and Becky said: well, I'll see what I can do since I already ordered the flowers. WEDDING DAY, I get to white willow, no one was to be found so we helped our selves to the bride and groom rooms... Finally, Ashley? comes in saying I still need to pay for flowers, the invoice was $50 higher than what I had been told but I payed anyway, I asked her if we could rehears, we are rushed through, she said she would be standing by to guide everyone, again she was nowhere to be found. Ceremony is over, we had no idea what to do next so I AGAIN went looking for her, asked for all my flowers so I could take to the reception center, she takes FOR EVER to come back with of course less flowers than we had discussed.. It was a total disaster, she called Becky to find out about the flowers and all they did was "oh, she says she is sorry, there must have been a misunderstanding" soo anyway, I think they need to take GOOD CARE of us! EXPLAIN things better. of course my single friends have heard of my bad experience so they can choose wisely :)

I had my wedding ceremony and reception there. The venue was really nice but the service wasn't. They made us rush through everything even though they told us we could take our time and stay as long as we wanted. If you got up for any reason they would take your plate away. I didn't even get to have any of my own wedding cake. My brother is in the national guard and wasn't able to make the ceremony but we were hoping he would make it for the reception but by the time he got there they had cleaned everything up and started turning the lights off. Then the owner came and sat next to the front door awkwardly while we waited for my brother. When I was changing out of my kilt at the end of the reception people were sent to tell me to hurry up and change because the owner wanted us to leave. We were there from 5pm till 8pm but they started bothering us around 7 to leave. This place is definitely not worth the money and was more rushed and stressful than a wedding should be.

White Willow is awesome. They did a great job on my wedding and I am so happy I chose them. I chose them because their prices are great, but in the end I am glad I chose them for so many other reasons, beautiful center, great staff and so much more!

This is Becky from White Willow and I would like to appoligise to the un happy bride for the disorganized day of her event. She asked for her wedding ceremony to be set up in the gardens and knowing that there may be rain, we advised otherwise, but she insisted so we set for the ceremony in the gardens and set for the luncheon in the banquet hall. The confusion came when the rain was "on again then off again" and the family didn't know what to do about the weather. We the staff ,try our best to make every event perfect but when situations are beyond our control, some brides are stressed even more on their important day.

Our reputation is very well known by many as the best in Utah County, and so I am very sorry this event was less than top quality. We pride ourselves in giving every bride the finest event possible. We try to discuss invocing a week prior to the event, however the numbers of guests change sometimes daily for the RSVP on a wedding luncheon or dinner. Please accept my appology for not making your event all you dreamed of. We will learn from you comments to make sure we can help any future brides have a perfect day.

Thank you White Willow for such a beautiful event. The coordinator was so creative and helpful. She customized every detail to perfection. The food was fabulous and the flowers were unbelievable. Far better than I imagined they would be. Their staff were professional, courteous, helpful, and very kind to all our guests. I would recommend White Willow to every one who wants a perfect, stress free wedding reception.

I had no idea that a wedding could be stress free and perfect. I didn't think it was possible until I went to White Willow. My wedding was perfect down to the littlest details. The staff is great, the food excellent. Flowers and gardens beautiful. Facility classy. It was a dream come true!
