Catoctin CrossFit

Zach Thew of Catoctin Crossfit has the best fitness program of all the Crossfit locations I have experienced around the country as well as the around the world since I began 2.5 years ago. When I travel I remain in locations for months at a time so I get very familiar with programs at other boxes.  Zach's programming is the most interesting and makes me stronger than all of the other places I have been.  Crossfit really is for everyone as it can be scaled to your current ability. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful and the other members of Catoctin really motivate and support.  The Life Changing Fitness tag line is for real....not only am I very aware of my overall improved fitness and general good mood but everyone I encounter comments on my healthy looking physique and attitude.  There is a youthful vibe as there are so many skills I did naturally as a child.  I consider myself athletic and enjoy challenges.  This is the only "workout" program I have ever enjoyed or stayed with.  I make it part of my life wherever I am.  I really can't recommend Catoctin Crossfit enough!
