Appleton Homes uses unethical business practices to attempt to strong arm land owners. This company put it a bid on land and agreed to the listed price of the land. Three weeks later the company tried to renegotiate the price of the land. The offer they made at that time was over 25% less than listed price and value that they previously bid and we agreed to. When this 2d offer was turned down they backed out of the deal costing my Family a month of time the land could have been on the market. Their real estate agent and real estate company had no problem supporting their business practices. If this is the way they treat their business dealings what kind of shortcuts are they taking when building a house. Not a reputable company to have dealings with in the Pacific Northwest.
