I'd love to tell you my experience with Pizza Hut but my mouth is always to full of there super good food to talk out loud right at that time. I'm just doing what my mom tot me "not to do & that's talking with my mouth full. L0L!! I Love Pizza Hut with All My Heart & Soul & my empty Belly To.

A few weeks ago I called and ordered a medium pizza and specified to put mushrooms on half. We got our oder delivered except it had black olives on half. ( my wife is allergic to black olives) I immediately called back to explain and the manager said she would credit our next order.

Last week I called and ordered the same pizza, mushrooms on half, and again was delivered the wrong pizza. And again, the manager apologised and said she would credit our account.

Tonight I call to order our "credit" pizza as a well as a few more items. Cassy (closing manager) got on the phone and rudely explained how their was no credit and that I said I had told her to order what I had last time. I did say that and to note mushrooms on half. My wife spoke with her and Cassy was so rude and so hostile, my wife got off the phone with her in tears.

In the end: We paid $17 for a pizza we never received.
