Regis Salons

Previous to making my appointment, I took in a picture of a simple 1940's hairstyle and talked to the woman at the counter about their ability to recreate it. She told me that they could do that hairstyle on me in about an hour without problem and proceeded to make the appointment. The stylist I received looked at the pictures I brought and said that she could do it. After sitting in the chair for two and a half hours, my hair was only curled on the right side of my head. My hair was not holding on the left side of my head however she continued to use a large barreled curler. I repeatedly told her that my hair does not hold well with the larger barrel. She repeatedly did not listen and proceed to douse my head in hairspray before crimping it with a Chi. My hair began to look like a ratted mess. She then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing else she could do and began to put away her tools. After charging me $117, she walked away without a word. Not only did I leave an hour and a half later than expected, but my hair was not even completed. I ended up rushing home and curling my hair myself. Not surprisingly, my hair held with a small barreled curler. Curling one's hair does not take a great effort and I cannot believe the service I received from Regis. My hair looked terrible and I had no option but to go to prom looking as such. Also, when I made the appointment, I was told that the service would cost approximately $60. Obviously, this did not happen as I was charged $117. The salon obviously needs to more thoroughly research their stylists before hiring.

She won't go anywhere else. At last, a place she loves to go. Especially like the stylist Sarah.

I took my daughter, 12, there and we could not do a thing to her hair. She had been to several hair places in the past year. She saw a style on a banner outside Regis in the mall and asked for it. An hour later, her hair was straight, styled and the girl told her how to do it herself. Great cut, service and styling. We now have a new salon!
