They go thru craigslist to find hispanic landscapers to do their work for them - these people do a great job = BUT = Alvin Ross, owner of Alcoa Landscape Specialists never pays these people - when the project is done, he never pays them -



Alvin Ross has been pulling this scam for a long time - in fact they have already lost one contractors license due to so many complaints by the workers & home owners -



he now has another license in his wife's name
