Our experience with this company was extremely poor. The repairman who showed up to work on our dishwasher was rude. Did nothing but complain about having taken the job to repair our appliance and all most walked out with the job incomplete when he found out in conversation with my husband that we were renters. He was not prepared for the job and my I came home to many of my bath towels having been used to clean up a mess that was made while our appliance was being worked on. When I called to voice my displeasure this repairman hung up on me but then called me back about ten minutes later saying he pushed a wrong button and then proceeded to lie to me saying that my husband tried making him fix the appliance on Thanksgiving and that yes maybe he was unprofessional but I needed to see the situation from his point of view. I do NOT recommend this company at all.
