        The Morning of July 4th there was a break in the pipe to the house that was overflowing with water to the street. It was a holiday and was happy to see that Roto Rooter was open and available to visit our home and fix this problem. No water to the house is a big deal when there's 5 people looking for a shower.The original phone call in to report the service was a gentleman who asked some general questions and quickly realized it was definitely going to require someone to come out and repair. Explained someone will call shortly to make sure we knew when someone was on the way to the house. The first phone ring was a rude girl asking if we were physically seeing water flowing and if someone had shut the water off ( we had opened the box near the sidewalk and had shut the water off). Why people in a communication with humans role in a profession have to have an attitude is beyond me.( that was the only sour note in this experience with this company.) The Plumber arrived his name Raif was very professional and explained the issue, how it would need to be fixed and the cost it would require. The pricing i thought was a little high but Raif gave a discount and was more reasonable than originally thought. Overall, was happy for the fix on a holiday and had a nice educated overview of and area I was not aware of.
