General Info: The South Shore YMCA - Quincy Branch provides child care, aquatic and gymnastics programs for children, teenagers, adults, families and communities. Located in Quincy, Mass., the organization offers babysitting, character development and after-school programs. Its facilities include a research room, gymnasium, basketball court, and cardiovascular fitness and aerobic centers. The South Shore YMCA - Quincy Branch organizes poetry workshops, graffiti art workshops, and volleyball, basketball, pool and swimming tournaments. Founded in 1892, the organization features a summer day camp that offers several activities, including sports, arts, archery, and instructional and recreational swimming.
