Eastern Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Eastern HVAC because my father's AC unit stopped working. The guy was on a job and said he was close by and could be there in 1 1/2 hours. It took him a little longer than that, but he called to let my father know that he would be there. When he got there, he diagnosed the problem as a bad condenser and he had a freon leak. James replaced the condenser, but didn't have enough freon. My father's house at this time was 90 degrees and it was after midnight. James didn't want my 84 year old father in a hot house all night so he went from Quinton to Sandston to get more freon to finish the job that night. James was excellent, professional, and very compassionate. We would use him again and highly recommend him.
