Ivy Nails

Went on July 25, 2019 to get my nails done. They used the dip powder. Did not put the powder into a smaller container, but used it as a communal container. Hannah did my nails, cut my skin under the nail several times. Unfortunately I didn’t feel it right away. Continued to use the communal container. Days later I developed a nail infection. Three weeks later and had to take two different rounds of antibiotics and a topical steroid cream. Still not cleared up. I had to have two of my fingernails removed!! The pain is excruciating. I would suggest no one ever go to this place. Tools are not sanitized and just put back in a dirty drawer. Powder should have been placed in an individual container, not one that god only knows how many people have put their fingers in there!! Do yourself a favor, don’t get your nails done in a salon that doesn’t specifically take the tools in which they will be using on your nails out of either a sealed package, showing they’ve been sanitized, or out of a sanitary solution. Also demand a new unopened powder to be used on your nails and put into an individual container. That way no one else has used that powder on their nails. Then watch them dump out the remaining powder from the smaller container

Always had a great pedicure till the last time when I had to have someone different. She was very unprofessional!!!! She kept answering her phone while doing my feet! So much for relaxing while listening her yell at someone in a foreign language. I Won't Be Returning.

I have been a customer for Ivy Nails since they opened their doors. I can say without a doubt that they are the best nail salon in southeastern Wisconsin. They are extremely friendly and accommodating to all customers. Their salon is immaculate and there isn't a Health Departnent on earth that could find a problem. All of their nail technicians are highly skilled and unbelievably kind and friendly. Give then a try and you'll come away with the same impression.
