absolutely horrible service and work ethics! My property manager hired them to re-key my home locks and deadbolts... one year later when I was in town to inspect the home i discovered that Basham's technicians had installed mismatching deadbolts on my front door and garage door and they completely forgot to re-key the back door! The existing door knobs and hinges are polished brass and they replaced the deadbolts with dark bronze finish. Truly hideous and unprofessional work that diminished the appeal of my home. They refused to resolve the issue and replace the deadbolts with matching polished brass. NEVER hire these jokers!
