Kentucky Neighborhood Bank

The Radclif Kentucky branch is the worst branch ever! I have been baking there for about a year now and each time I come to the bank to either make a simple withdrawal or a deposit the customer service gets worse and worse! Today I went to the branch to deposit a simple cashiers check from a local bank. There was nobody else in line through drive-through, after waiting literally seven minutes I press the call button to see what the holdup was. The very rude tell her what's the hold up a finger through the window and tell me it will be one more minute... No, it was actually five more minutes! There was absolutely nobody else through drive-through or inside of the bank I was there only customer. I don't know if they think they're the only bank in town but I simply won't put up with it! I will be closing my account and going elsewhere! Rude customer service, any bank teller stress like they're at home cleaning the house. No thank you!
