        Overall

        My family had a great experience with Veterans Financial Inc. They were clear from the beginning that they would help us at no cost regardless of our using their financial products. They didn't over promise, making it clear we had to do the paperwork and it was up to the VA, but they could not have made it any easier. We ended up using them for an income annuity to help pay some of the monthly bills, but I don't think it would have mattered to them. I get the feeling these people really care. I certainly took up a ton of their time and there was never any push back.
