I called a week ago to discuss options for a new stereo in my boat. The person on the phone was knowledgeable but after my many questions, advised me to come in "anytime", and we could chat and develop a plan.

I took time off of work to come in "anytime" and when I showed up was greeted with "on Wednesday's the installers are not here, we only do tinting on Wednesdays", and "let me guess, you came from Seattle". I explained that I came from Scappoose and was met with a "well, that's not too bad". I stated it was because I had to take time off of work. I was given a "I know enough about stereo's to get in trouble but can try" and "I can tell we got off on the wrong foot" and a "sorry we couldn't help you".

I messaged them on Facebook about my displeasure and got a "if you had an appointment there should have been an installer waiting for you...We are sorry we couldn't help you".

While I was in the store would have been the chance to salvage the relationship. A "wow, I am so sorry you came all this way, let me schedule an appointment for you", or "if you're comfortable, let's leave your boat here and I'll have my installer look it over tomorrow and we can call to discuss the options available". Nope, "Sorry we couldn't help you" is the best they had.

I tried to "shop local" and support a place with some good Facebook recommendations, but I'll find someone that wants my couple thousand dollar job.

Extremely disappointed in this Company. They took money to install an auto start on our vehicle. Never asked if it was automatic or manual. Owner claims he did, but he didn't. Found out they don't install on manual vehicles after we dropped vehicle off. The right thing would be to give us our money back for the auto start we can't use, but they now refused. Claiming they don't give refunds on gift certificates, when I specifically purchased the auto start, not a gift certificate. Was told if we didnt use the money on something else, we just lost our $400. Unfortunate, we would've been life long customers. Been coming there with this vehicle before it was even ours. Even brought other vehicles to them. This is not good business. When money is more important than doing what is right for your customers, it's a shame. You won't last long with that attitude. Small town scam.

What a bunch of great guys...I was recommended to them from a friend. I bought a new to me car that had some alarm issues and needed a new stereo. Not only did they sell me a great stereo and teach me how to use it but they installed it for free and my alarm need a fuse which they diagnosed and put in for free. If you have any wiring needs or are looking for a new stereo go see these guys.

These guys are great. I went in there with an electric lock issue that needed rewiring. As no one else would be willing to do it, they fixed my lock and it turned out to be a simple fix and it was FREE OF CHARGE. Definitely will be going back there whenever i need to.
