Small inventory and many products out of stock. Outdated ordering system. Store manager asks customers for money. I don't feel like that's appropriate workplace etiquette. GoFundMe should be for free time, not for your job.
She's also incredibly rude, very disrespectful, and very unprofessional.
They accuse their employees of selling marijuana via their store phone, which makes NO sense. If you're going to make up lies, then at least make them believable. Nobody would call a store phone and ask to purchase weed. Ridiculous.
And instead of allowing me to defend myself against this false accusation, she insisted that I leave after openly assassinating my character. I'm certain she was amused by it. It was quite the production.
No benefits and incredibly bad turnover, and completely unable to put out a schedule in a timely manner, constant switching of hours and days.
Looks to me like they make up the "rules" as they go along.
All in all, this business isn't run efficiently and it's painfully obvious.
