        Overall

        Customer service sucks. There's 10 people currently in line and the second cashier has time for the employee and not the freaking people. SMDH... ticks me off. This is the reason stores go out of business because they are not attentive to those spending money. I have put back the five cds I came to purchase and if not for my daughter being with me I'd put back hers and go to iTunes.
