Heavens Way Cleaning

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I bought a Groupon for three cleanings from Heaven's Way. We had an appointment for them to show up at 11am so my wife took off from work to let them into the house and they didnt show up. they waited until 6pm to tell her they could come by the following morning, which they did...two hours late. We tried to schedule the remaining two appointments but they would not respond to two months of phone calls, voicemails, and emails. They got my money and didn't provide their services....and based on the other negative reviews, it looks like this is their MO. Fortunately I was able to get Groupon to issue a refund for the remaining 2/3s.

Heaven's Way Cleaning is tremendous! Every time my house is cleaned it is like coming home to a 5-star hotel. The little things all over the house are cleaned (even the ceiling fans!) to a military expectation. I even sent them to a friend's house to clean as a gift and the result was phenomenal.



I give the highest recommendation possible for Heaven's Way Cleaning.
