Merchant's Tire and Auto Service Center

I bought 4 tires and a 3 year alignment from the Merchant's NTB group. I have been to the Duraleigh location 3 times in the last 30 days for an alignment and the first two times, the service manager refused to work on my car. The third time, the store manager took in the car and sat on it for 5 hours and never touched the car. Although the the long term alignment seems like a value, its worthless if they never actually work on the car. Merchant's has done several alignments in the past and they do a good job when they actually do work on the car. Now my tires are cupped and worn un-evenly and need to be replaced. I won't be buying tires or service there again.
