Project Enlightenment, located in Raleigh, N.C., is an early childhood education and intervention program started by Wake County Public School in North Carolina. It provides a variety of workshops, resources, intervention, consultation and education services to students and their families. The organization offers preschool programs and organizes activities that include intensive teacher training, instructional materials for children, child assessment and transitional services. It offers various art workshops, and reading, writing and preschool literacy programs. The center offers other services, such as teacher consultations, and training and staff development workshops, parent-teacher resource services, parent workshops, counseling and screening.
