Jiffy Lube

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! TWO TIMES MY HUSBAND WENT HERE FOR OIL CHANGES AND BOTH TIMES THEY DID SOMETHING TO CAR WHERE AFTERWARDS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND REMAINED ON. I WENT THERE FOR A CAR WASH AND MY CAR WAS FINE BEFORE IT WENT IN AND WHEN IT CAME OUT I HAD A FLAT TIRE THAT I DIDN'T REALIZE RIGHT AWAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!

The place moves too fast and is too much like an assembly line. They rush the job and try to pump out as many cars as possible at the cost of quality. My car was not dried enough and I could notice swirl marks in the clear coat from the terrible towels they must be using. I had heard some bad things about that place but wanted to give them a fair shot myself. I will never go back there.

The Urban Auto Spa did a miracle on my car! In July I had spilled a very small amount of milk on the back flooring/carpeting, and while I tried my best to clean it up immediately I found my car almost unusable by the next morning. I called Urban Auto Spa and they were able to fit me in for an interior detailing and the guys did a fabulous job. I have never smelled the sour milk smell since and my car looked brand new. They're professional and extremely helpful.
