        Very unprofessional. Hang up on/neglect clients. Do not bother to do their job.

        ie
        Have put in a claim for food money 3 times in the last week, and been starving in the meantime. All 3 times, my claim was 'lost' or 'not put in'. I handed it directly to them. Please do not go here! A warning.
