Haven Auto Repair

This is the second time I have gone here. One of my doctor friends recommended them and she has been going to them for many years. They are not cheap but much cheaper then the dealer. I trust them to do the job right. They did not recommend me to fix something that didn’t need to. My car is a 2004 Lexus at 129,000 miles and I want it to last. 3 years ago they had fixed a major oil leak that no other shop could fix. I kept taking it to other places and they said they had fixed it but didn’t. Other shops didn’t charge me much but they had done nothing to resolve it. It cost me a lot to fix with Haven Auto but the price was reasonable considering the work that was done. The problem was permanently fixed.This time I took my car this week cuz my engine light turned on. They replaced my gas cap & tightened my hoses to fix the issue. I told them to look at anything else my car will need cuz it’s old & knew something needs changing. They replaced my air filters and axle, fixed my tire with a nail in it. I feel they provided an awesome service. They could have made more money by ripping me off & telling me my timing belt and brakes needed changing, cuz I thought it did since I haven’t changed these parts for a long time. They looked at it & didn’t recommend changing it. I’m grateful for there honesty & courtesy. I’m hoping my car will last me at least 5 more years without having to spend to much on maintenance & repair.

Super bad! Went in for a engine oil change. Broke my armrest. I have an all-wheel drive audi a4 Quattro that has a sealed transfer case that doesn't need to be refilled. But they so called did a " transmission Diagnostics" which they didn't and still charged me an additional $128.00. Would not go back

this shop got great, friendly customer service. Best customer satisfaction absolutely. youll tell your friends.

always honest and has reasonable prices. Nothing like your stereotypical auto repair shop. my family handles all repair and maintenance for over 7 cars here
