Villa La Paz Leasing Office

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! It's horrible!! The new leasing office manager, Stacy is unprofessional, crazy, snobby b**! This company refuses to allow me to break my lease due to neighbors constant second hand smoke coming into my apt unit! These neighbors balconies are directly across from my balcony- one on the 2nd flr. & one on the 1st floor has three people who smoke morning, day, and evening! I am having health Issues due to the 2nd Hand Smoke, yet they won't wave the $2K fee to break the lease!!! I will see them in Court very soon!!! This place is NOISE & DIRTY around the common areas between the building walk ways.
