Kasper TV and Appliance is an honest dealership to work with. We recently priced dishwashers through all the box stores and local appliance stores. Kasper was 35. more than only one competitor, and its not Maiden Creek, they were 200 more. However the other appliance store charged substantially more for service calls. than Kasper. Kasper also helped us prove a fact to the manufacturer, KitchenAid. As a result the manufacturer is sending us some money towards the new KitchenAid dishwasher we purchased. See Maiden Creek, who we had purchased all of our appliances from had sent a service man out to repair our dishwasher and completely misdiagnosed the issue which in turn resulted in KitchenAid not repairing our dishwasher for free. Turns out his misdiagnosis was so bad we didn’t even need a new dishwasher our old one could have been fixed. Kasper was honest and pointed this out when we asked about the dishwasher and indicated the old one could have been repaired. Since we had already ordered the dishwasher from Kasper we did the right thing and had it installed. However, several of our calls remained unreturned from the owner at Maiden Creek. I would never buy from Maiden Creek. Stick with an honest company like Kasper. Oh and don't bother on pricing with Maiden Creek either because they told me that the profit margin on appliances isn't what it used to be and talking to the owner Kim is a waste of your time she doesn't care about her customers. Oh and also which Appliance store would you rather buy from a place that would fix a 10 year old dishwasher for $200.00 or a place that tells you that you have to buy a new one for 1100.00 when all the other appliance stores were cheaper than Maiden Creek. Go with an honest and reliable company like Kasper!

I purchased a Samsung television from Kasper that was defective. They will not replace the unit, and I have to call Samsung for the part that may or may not be the problem. Do not but any television or appliance from Kasper. They do not back their products.
