        After reading the review of hearing aids in Consumer Reports, and asking Kevin Rowley appropriate pre-visit questions, he gave all the right answers. After examining my 93-year old mom, they indicated she needed to see an ENT doctor, before they could fit a hearing aid. This impressed me, as they could have gone ahead and sold a device, even though there was a situation that would make their approach questionable at best.
