Would not recommend it to anyb...

Would not recommend it to anybody. There is a big turnover in staff, and the people working there are not happy because of the administrator. She has no idea of what she is doing, and when the staff sees through her she fires them.. Very sad, because this was one of the top notch surgical institute of Reading. One person is ruining it.

Nicole LeVan-Rubida, DPT- Exeter â€“ Nicole graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003 with a BAS in Exercise Physiology Cum Laude and a certificate in global studies. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh. Nicole started her career as a travel PT practicing in multiple settings including acute care, acute rehab, home health, and SNF, but has the most experience in outpatient neurology, vestibular/concussion and orthopedics. She is also a APTA Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurology and maintains a Neuro-IFRAH certification for stroke rehabilitation. She has been practicing for 15 years.
Primary Care
Most patients should continue their usual medications after surgery. Patients who have diabetes and those patients on blood thinners may require some adjustment of their medications. These instructions will be clarified with you before you leave the facility. If you have any questions, please call your surgeon or primary care physician.
Emergency Care
If you are in serious pain, or exhibit warning symptoms described in your discharge instructions, please call your physician, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

The main location for the Surgical Institute of Reading is 2752 Century Blvd. in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.Â It includes four Operating Rooms and a Procedure Room, a Pre Admission Testing area, PACU recovery, and fifteen private in patient rooms.Â A variety of procedures are performed here, from total joint replacements to ENT procedures, general surgery, scopes, carpal tunnel releases, and other orthopedic procedures. The building is in a convenient location with close parking spaces and a comfortable waiting area for patients and families. Our Surgical hospital and ambulatory surgery center have received national recognition for the level of care we are able to provide our patients in the areas in and around Reading and Wyomissing, PA. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 from Touro College as well as BAS in Health Science. Holly has been practicing in acute care for over 5 years. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and diagnoses, with special interest in orthopedics. She currently resides in Sinking Spring with her fiancÃ© and two dogs. Roxanne Nester, PTA â€“ Ridgewood â€“ Roxanne Nester PTA, is a manually based Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant who has over 25 years experience in various therapy settings; including outpatient orthopedics, wound care, sub- acute care, workerâ€™s compensation, as well as skilled nursing. She is a 1996 graduate from Alvernia College where she earned her PTA degree as well as studied athletic training. Roxanne has a sports background as well as obtained a Pilates Level II certification specifically for rehabilitation services. She is trained in isokinetic testing for return to sports play, and offers kinesio taping and the most up to date instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques.

Madeline McHale, Lead PT â€“ Ridgewood â€“ Madeline (Cox) McHale graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2013 with a Bachelorâ€™s of Science in Health Science and Spanish, completing a study abroad semester in Spain. She continued her studies at Lebanon Valley College, earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Madeline has been working in physical therapy in an outpatient, orthopedic setting since graduation, focusing on treating post-operative care, musculoskeletal pain, and return-to-sport goals. Madeline is a foodie that enjoys fitness, traveling, baking and craft beer. Madeline is from Berks County and is a graduate of Holy Name High School. She has participated in cheerleading, softball, horseback riding and rugby throughout her schooling and ran in the Chicago Marathon in 2019.

In addition to our hospital and surgical center, we also have three physical therapy locations. These locations are ideal for patients located in the Exeter, Reading, and Wyomissing areas. Working with a dedicated physical therapist after surgery or treatment assists with speeding up recovery and restoring full strength and range of motion. These therapy sites also offer sports medicine physical therapy, which is ideal for getting athletes of any level back into the game. On top of the standard physical therapy options, we also offer a variety of specialized services. TMJ treatment, concussion therapy, occupational therapy, BIG Parkinsons therapy, and vestibular (balance) therapy are all important offerings for our patients. Pratistha Maharjan, DPT- Exeter â€“ Pratistha Maharjan â€˜Pratâ€™ graduated with a Bachelors in Physical therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University, India and Masters in Kinesiology with Exercise Physiology as her area of study from Western Illinois University. She completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University. She had been practicing in Orthopedic outpatient clinic and home health in for 3 years in New York city. She uses Maitland approach for manual therapy and exercise therapy for treatment of variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
